Our next meeting is on Friday 5 February 2010 at Sunlight from 1-3 pm in Honeybees room.

This session will involve photography of the aura, the energy field
around the body. By placing your hand on a sensor, the colours of your
aura will show on a projection on the wall. Each participant will have
an individual sitting with Jonathon Hope, a member of the group.
Each person will receive a print out with visual and factual
information. Please note that this photography is not diagnostic; we are
working with the group merely to show colours, differences and
imbalances. This session is heavily in demand; please email Tina Lawlor

Introduction - what is themomentisnow ?

We are a group of artists, writers, healers, students and people interested in the arts and environmentally friendly solutions in all our work. As a not-for-profit community group, we are aiming to be a social enterprise, based at the Sunlight Development Trust.

This project is funded to work with people who have longterm health conditions. We have worked together as a group since June 2009, with meditation, painting, creative writing and also a visit to the Wednesday group healing clinic in the College of Psychic Studies in London. We have several healers in the group, who are happy to offer it at sessions, space and time eprmitting.  Please see links to the gallery for more information about the project and also to our book launches on Saturday 27 March 2010 at 2pm in Chatham Library and on Friday 9 April 2010 at 6pm in the library of the College of Psychic Studies.

Themomentisnow! is keen to continue to build on the work done this year. Our book entitled 'The Tree of Light' will share our experiences with a wider audience and our members are updating their pages on this website to include support groups available and information of interest to people with health conditions. However, our aim for the future is to involve the community and schools as much as possible. If you are part of a community project and would like some advice about how to get a book published, do get in touch.

This website was produced with funding from Awards for All in 2009.  It will be built by the group as part of this year’s work so please be patient while we write up our experiences and check back regularly.
